The BeefEater Discovery Series gas grills feature a fully welded frame along the entire length of the join and frame is coated in a heavy duty porcelain enamel so they will not scorch, discolor or chip. Discovery grills and griddles are made from heavy duty cast iron that is coasted at extreme temperatures with a commercial grade porcelain enamel that makes them extremely durable and chip proof, easy to clean and very hygienic as it is a non-porous surface. BeefEater Discovery Series gas grills also feature a standard 1/4 inch thick griddle that replaces one section of the grill grates and 443 grade stainless steel burners producing 15,000 BTU each, 15,000 BTU Side Burner and Quartz Start ignition for easier and safer lighting without batteries to replace. Each grill is equipped with a stainless steel vaporizer system designed to allow some traditional smoke and sizzle and to reduce annoying flare and heat loss for faster cooking and superior fuel economy. The Discovery Series roasting hood features a wide opening design that makes accessing the cooking surfaces quick and easy. All hoods feature a removable warming rack and an integrated temperature gauge that accurately indicates the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
