Evo Companion 25" Classic Tabletop Outdoor Grills The Evo Companion Classic Tabletop is ideal for food preparation at home, at the park, or the stadium. It has a 25” diameter oil seasoned steel cooking surface, which is heated underneath by an individual gas tube burner. With a surface temperature ranging from 225ºF to 700ºF ( 121ºC to 371ºC ), this grill lets you do everything from sauteing and braising to pan frying and roasting to flattop (plancha) grilling and roasting. The burner system with this grill features a push button electronic ignition system for quick start-up. A stainless steel drip pan completely surrounds the underside of the cook surface to help catch food debris. It also comes with a separate spill-over tray designed to catch debris in the drip pan. In addition, there are heat shields designed to prevent heat from damaging or melting the surface area beneath this unit. Choose from a propane ( LP ) gas or the ( NG ) natural gas powered models.
